General Sale Questions

What time does the show start and finish?

The show opens at 10am and closes at 5pm (daily).

Do you hire out wheelchairs?

Yes the CCIASA will have a small number of wheelchairs that you are able to use. These are free of charge, all you need is photo identification.

Do you offer Disability parking?

Yes we do. When arriving at the Adelaide Showground please make yourself known to the carparking attendant who will direct you to the disabled parking area.

Is there a cost to park for people with disabilities?

Yes the cost is $8.00 per car park.

Where is the Event Office?

The Event Office will be located in the Food Court at the northern end of the Wayville Showgrounds.

Are there parent rooms at the Adelaide Showgrounds?

Yes there is a parent room located at the northern end of Wayville off the food court. Please check the map for the exact location.

What if I want to buy something but I don’t want to carry it around the show?

No problem, we are delighted to offer our attendees FREE Parcel Pickup. Parcel pick up will be located in the Goyder Pavilion off Goodwood Road. Please check the map for the exact locations.

ATM’s

ATM’s are located throughout the showground. There is one at the entrance to Jubilee from the Hamilton Boulevard. There is also 2 at the entrance of the Duncan Gallery off the food court.

Lost and found

If you have lost or found anything around the Event please contact the Event Office on 8272 4468.

Can pets be brought to the event?

Unfortunately the showgrounds have a policy that does not allow for pets to be brought to the event.
Service and assistance dogs are however permitted and welcome at our shows.

Sale Ticketing Questions

Where else can I get pre-sale tickets?

Tickets are available by phone on (08) 8225 8855 during normal business hours or from Thebarton Theatre Box Office on Henley Beach Road (just west of South Road). during normal business hours.

How much are tickets at the gate and online?

Tickets at the gate are $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for concession.

Tickets purchased online are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for concession.

FREE admission for children under 16 when accompanied by an adult.

What is the process for ordering tickets online?

Before ordering tickets online, please ensure you have the following:

  • A smartphone with internet access which you can display your tickets from at the gate, or
  • An email account and a printer to print your paper-based tickets to be scanned at the gate

To order your tickets online, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the "Buy Tickets" button on the right hand side of the website.
  2. Select the number of tickets you would like, and click "Add to Cart" (if you choose any concession tickets, you will also need to identify the concession type).
  3. If you require a Concession with Companion choose this ticket – two (2) tickets will be provided.
  4. Confirm your number of tickets and click “Next”
  5. Enter all of your contact details. It is especially important to leave a correct Mobile Phone number for contact in case of an issue and Email Address as your tickets will be sent to your email.
  6. If you are purchasing any concession tickets, you should purchase the tickets in the name of the Concession card holder as this information will be checked on entry to the venue (please note that concession tickets are not transferable).
  7. You will enter your credit card details during this process.
  8. Click "Review", and review your purchase summary or “Back” to change your order.
  9. If everything is OK, click "Process Order" – do not hit process order again as this may duplicate your order. 

Using your online tickets:

  • SMARTPHONE: If your order is successful, you will be sent an email with attachments that are your tickets – keep these tickets on your phone for entry. Each bar-code is unique to you. 
  • EMAIL AND PRINTER: If your order is successful (and you entered your email address), you will be sent an email which includes a PDF attachment of your tickets. Simply open this attachment, and print out the tickets.

Please note: You must complete your transaction within 10 minutes, otherwise errors may occur when processing your payment. If you believe you have taken more than 10 minutes, it is safest to start the process again from the "Buy Tickets" button.

I want to purchase tickets online on the day of the show. Will they arrive in time?

Yes! Online tickets are sent immediately via email which can be printed or kept on your smartphone.

Are multi-day tickets available for this event?

Multi-day tickets have been sold in the past, but this year all tickets sold are single-day tickets only.

Can I use my ticket for entry on any day of the event?

Yes! Tickets are not dated, however can only be used on one single day of the event.
For example, if you would like to attend both Saturday and Sunday, you would need to purchase 2 separate tickets.

Can carparking tickets be ordered online?

No. All-day carparking is available at the show for $8.  You will receive a carparking ticket on entry at the boomgate which can be used to pay at a paystation before leaving the parking areas.  Parking is available via Leader St and Rose Tce.

I am a Concession Card holder with a Companion Card and I am attending your show. I need a companion to assist and care for me. Does my companion have to pay?

No, you will purchase a Concession entry ticket and your accompanying Companion will be issued with a complementary ticket for free entry to the show. You will need to have both your Concession Card and Companion Card with you for entry for your companion.

What concession cards do you accept?

We accept the following Concession Cards;

  • Department of Veterans Affairs Health Card (White/Gold)

Are concession tickets transferable?

No. Please ensure that when you are purchasing your concession tickets, that the concession card type is chosen correctly, and the name entered matches with what is on the card. You will need to present your concession card at the gate.
