General Questions

Wednesday to Friday gates are open from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday and Sunday gates are open from 9am to 5pm.
Information booths are located at the Adelaide Showground entry points.
Yes, the CCSA will have a small number of wheelchairs that you are able to use. These are free of charge, all you need is photo identification.
Yes we do. When arriving at the Adelaide Showground please make yourself known to the carparking attendant who will direct you to the disabled parking area.
No problem, we are delighted to offer our visitors FREE Parcel Pickup. Parcel pick up will be in the Goyder Pavilion. Please check the map for the exact location.
If you have lost or found property during the Sale, please contact the Event Office on 8272 4468 or see one of the Information Booths located near the entry gates.
Unfortunately, the Adelaide Showground’s policy does not allow for pets to be brought to the event. Service and assistance dogs are however permitted and welcome at our shows.
Yes there is a parent room located at the northern end of Wayville accessible off the food court.

You have the option to purchase your tickets online or cashless at the gate when you arrive at the Adelaide Showground.

Online: You can pre-purchase your tickets [TBA] which is simple and quick.
Cashless at the GATE: You can purchase tickets at the Showground gates via the below options:
  • Upon arrival at the Showground scan the QR code to purchase online with the assistance of Oztix customer support staff.
  • Pay for your ticket via tap and go using your card with Oztix staff. Please note we have made changes to this system and you do not have to provide any of your personal details.
A reminder purchasing a ticket for entry to the event at the Adelaide Showground will be cashless.
We will have information booths at the Showground entry gates. If you require more support or information about ticketing or the event when you arrive, please visit the information booth to talk to our friendly volunteer staff.

Yes, one and two day tickets are available.
No, you will purchase a Concession entry ticket and your accompanying Companion will be issued with a complimentary ticket for free entry to the show. You will need to have both your Concession Card and Companion Card with you for entry for your companion.
